Before I became a Minister or even a Pastor my request to God was I’d rather have two or three Saints living right than to have ten thousand people living like the devil. The Lord honored that request!

So here is where my life started to make a wonderful change. One Sunday afternoon I was coming from a home Bible study when I heard a very powerful message coming from Pastor Willie E. Gordon on the radio station called “Gospel Time”.
At the end of the sermon, they gave out the invitation and address of the Church of God of Chicago 4601
So here is where my life started to make a wonderful change. One Sunday afternoon I was coming from a home Bible study when I heard a very powerful message coming from Pastor Willie E. Gordon on the radio station called “Gospel Time”.
At the end of the sermon, they gave out the invitation and address of the Church of God of Chicago 4601 S. Drexel Blvd, Chicago, IL. 60653. I wanted to hear more and so I went. I was not disappointed! Pastor Gordon would say that he was going to drive some spiritual stakes in us and boy thank God he did!
To my surprise, It was the same church that my friend Bro. Al Berry had been inviting me to all along!!! I asked the Lord on a Monday night, February 29th 1990 to PLEASE forgive me of ALL of my sins. The Lord forgave me of all my sins. Jesus and I have been whooping the devil for 33 years!
Precious souls, not only will God save us, but He can KEEP you saved from sin If YOU want Him to. Living a saved life is indeed THE BEST LIFE THERE IS!

Twilah Maltbia, the love of my life, help bless me with 3 beautiful now-grown children. I never shall forget what God’s done for me.
